Om Micco

JLmicco02Jag heter Micco Grönholm och är varumärkesutvecklare och förändringsledare. I 25 år har jag hjälpt företag och organisationer, både i Sverige och utomlands, att hitta ett sant syfte, en inspirerande vision, ett särskiljande kunderbjudande och en magisk attraktionskraft.

Sedan mars 2017 är jag Head of Future på Helsingborgs stad, efter att ha varit kommunikationsdirektör i drygt tre år. Dessförinnan var jag delägare och Director, Brand Development på Pyramid Communication.

Under andra hälften av 1990-talet (då som Creative Director på Pyramid) var jag ansvarig för att skapa och lansera varumärket Bluetooth globalt. Dessförinnan och därefter har jag arbetat med varumärken som Axis, Converse, Ericsson, Helsingborgs stad, Inter Ikea, Metso, NIBE, Peab, Svanen (Miljömärkning Sverige) och Swedish Space Corporation (f.d. Rymdbolaget).

I början av 2000-talet var jag global marknadsdirektör på Anoto, med uppgiften att göra Anoto till en de facto-standard för digitala pennor och papper. Efter Anoto har jag bl.a. arbetat som byråchef och strateg på Sandberg Trygg i Malmö samt vice VD och varumärkesutvecklare på ID Kommunikation. Jag återvände till Pyramid i september 2007, och har sedan dess bl.a. ansvarat för visions- och varumärkesramverket vid skapandet av ett nytt amerikanskt börsbolag (noterat på NYSE), JBT Corporation.
